mel my darling baby, let me share with you what you have been missing on. I just came back from watching Death Note. It is an adaptation from a manga that was said to be the one of the best selling ones in Japan.

This movie centres around this high school kid by the name of Light that wants to rid the world of evil by supernatural sources. So Light writes names onto this note and criminals after criminals started dying of heart attacks and what nots.

So all these unexplainable deaths drew attention from the police organisation and also this mysterious detective known as "L"


Both L and Light are equally smart!

Later in the show, L reveals himself. And he seems like some normal teenager that's addicted to sugary food.

He's so cute! and quirky. He sits in a particular position, always snacking on sweets and his disheveled hair.

Right after revealing himself, I knew his intelligence exceeds that of Light! L is a genius. SO clever!

Anyway there's a sequel coming up! and i can't wait to catch it. hopefully it comes out before you go back to melb.

So i came back and sat at the comp, started all my internet research on the movie. Do you know the sequel is already showing in Japan!and we are only on the first. Trailer shows that L falls in love in the sequel. It's so sweet but you know that he's falling for the wrong girl. i cannot help but feel a little sourish about it. The Death Note falls in the hands of someone new. and Light joins L in cracking the case. So we'll wait and see. The battle to prove mental superiority between the both of them begins when the sequel is out.
